This technological advancement and modern dental laboratory equipment guarantee the high quality services of our dental clinic. The innovative precision and advanced technological background increase comfort and accuracy during each and every procedure.
Get to know our dental lab, where highly trained professionals with more than 10 years of experience use the most modern technology and dental laboratory supplies currently available, with the utmost attention and care, to prepare our patients’ dental work, prostheses, and dental restorations of exceptional quality in the shortest possible time
It is important to emphasize all of this because, in addition to the knowledge and expertise of our Dentists, the work of dental technicians also determines the quality of the dental restoration being made, i.e. the final result itself, its usability, durability and, last but not least, its aesthetics.
Rosental Dental places special emphasis on having a high-quality dental laboratory in the background to support the work of the medical team. Close contact, continuous communication and coordination between the clinic – treating physician and the dental technician are necessary in order to create impeccable quality and perfectly functioning prosthetic works for our patients. We involve the dental laboratory in the treatment from the very beginning, because this way the professionals involved can discuss how the given plan can be implemented most effectively and, what is very important: in a personalized way. A perfect impression and proper preparation are necessary to create a perfect dental restoration.
We pride ourselves on using the latest and most advanced technologies available in dentistry, not only during the various procedures, but also in the background, in the dental laboratory. So, whatever dental restoration you need, whether it’s a single crown or a complete upper and lower fixed bridge, you can always trust us, as you are in expert and caring hands thanks to our doctors and dental technicians.

What technologies are used in the dental laboratory?
Digital dentistry has fundamentally changed the general perception of dental care and makes dental procedures much more pleasant, faster, more efficient, and incomparably smoother. Computer aided technologies are revolutionizing the way dentists work and bringing numerous benefits to patients. In digital dentistry, different technologies work together to ensure a perfect workflow.
We use the most modern technology
- 3-dimensional virtual planning – simulation: the Cyber Scan Art Plus® premium 3D dental scanner is capable of taking images with an accuracy of 10 microns thanks to its 2 megapixel cameras;
- CAD/CAM technology: the Cobra 6XD® is a compact 5-axis wet and dry dental milling machine for maximum precision. Siemens-based hybrid control unit with embedded industrial computer – this is truly space technology in dentistry!
- Zircoburn+® is a high-temperature zirconium sintering furnace. Maximum heating temperature: 1600 °C. Required for the production of zirconium-based prosthetic works.

Computer-Aided Design means that during the designing process, 3D models of crowns, bridges, implants, etc. are created using a special software. The software allows dentists to plan the treatment in detail. Computer-Aided Manufacturing, on the other hand, uses special machines such as 3D printers or CNC (Computer Numerical Control) milling machines to produce digitally designed dental restorations.

At Rosental Dental, you can now experience the benefits of this highly advanced technology. 3D scanning combined with state-of-the-art computer-controlled manufacturing of crowns, bridges, inlays and veneers ensures the most precise fit available today. Intraoral scanners create three-dimensional (3D) images of the entire oral cavity, teeth and gums, which allow for more accurate diagnosis and personalized treatment plans. Rosental Dental uses the state-of-the-art Straumann SIRIOS™ intraoral scanner, which guarantees revolutionary scanning performance and maximum accuracy.
Our dental laboratory operates and manufactures various dental restorations in accordance with the strictest EU standards. Our dental technicians are certified by, among others, the world-famous Wieland© Dental-Technik company.
