Our family also has a tradition of healing: a surgeon, a pharmacist and my dear grandfather was an excellence in otolaryngology. It is not surprising that family conversations were about the joy of healing, the intention to improve, helping patients and the importance of research.

My grandfather had ambivalent feelings about my career goals, because he would have been glad if I stepped in his path. However, he was not surprised by my choice to become a dentist, specializing in oral surgery, since I was always interested in fine workmanship and precise solutions. Thus, to this day, I am happy to supplement what I receive from home with the achievements of the modern age, so that we can provide our patients with the best possible care!
