Private Dental Treatment Guarantee

The guarantee is one of the most important factors that distinguishes one clinic from another. It cannot be ignored when deciding which dental clinic to choose.

At Rosental Dental we guarantee that we only work with the highest quality materials and techniques, in compliance with the rules of the profession and the current state of science. The materials used are biocompatible and all have official, international standard certifications.

At Rosental Dental, we believe that our warranty serves as a safety net, giving our patients peace of mind even outside the clinic. We are proud that, thanks to our high level of professionalism, responsible and conscious procedures, warranty cases are very rare. Our communication is straightforward, transparent and honest: we present all the details of the conditions in a clear and easy-to-understand manner.




 

The warranty conditions are valid under the condition of intended use. The validity of the guarantee is subject to the patient’s full compliance with and fulfillment of the conditions of the guarantee, in particular, but not exclusively, the continuity of treatment and the strict respect of the recovery periods between treatment phases, according to the schedule agreed with the doctor. Once a year check-up is required to validate your guarantee in compliance with the instructions of the treating doctor and one dental hygiene treatment per year is also required.

Additional conditions: good oral hygiene, the denture / prosthesis is properly cleaned, it is used as intended, it is only exposed to normal physiological chewing forces without overloading the denture, the denture is not exposed to trauma, bone or gum disease, all invoices have been settled.



In the event of a justified dental problem, Rosental Dental will cover the costs of the dental treatment and laboratory work that may arise, and for patients living abroad (patients treated within the framework of ‘dental tourism’), will provide accommodation for the entire duration of the treatment, but will not cover, in any case, travel-related costs (e.g. flight ticket). Rosental Dental does not provide a guarantee for temporary crowns, bridges and dentures, only for permanent dentures and restorations.

We always strive for perfect results in our work. However, despite the greatest care, unexpected events and complications may occur that are independent of the patient and/or ourselves. The reason for this is that dental interventions, like all medical procedures, are performed on a living organism, which means biological factors, anatomical characteristics and individual reactions can never be completely ruled out.

Rosental Dental reserves the right to reduce or void the warranty in certain cases. The warranty does not cover the following cases:

  • Unforeseen dental diseases
  • Temporary denture, temporary crown or bridge, temporary filling
  • Bad oral hygiene, poor maintenance or  inappropriate use of the prosthesis
  • Trauma, bone or soft tissue diseases
  • Smoking
  • Systemic disease affecting general health conditions after completion of treatment
  • Bruxism
  • Mental, psychological  illness
  • In case of dental treatment performed outside our clinic
  • Root canal treatment, bone grafting and teeth whitening
  • Failure to wear a nightguard despite the doctor’s instructions
  • Rejection of a complex treatment plan
  • Failure to adjust bite

What to do in case of a warranty problem?

We kindly ask our patients to feel free to contact us with any questions, doubts or problems, we are always ready to assist our patients. We will not let go of our patients’ hands until we find a solution that is completely satisfactory for everyone.

The patient should contact us immediately after the onset of complaints, but no later than within 48 hours, and request an appointment with their doctor so that we can offer a solution to the problem as soon as possible.

Please note that if the patient entrusts other dental professionals with the corrective work without consulting us previously, the guarantee will automatically become invalid.
